Dear PHILIPS products consultant.

On 21.01.2007, I bought your hair straightener PH-202.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because Iron have not high temperature. I am disappointed because i bought your hi-end hair straightener model.
To resolve the problem, I would you to change my model or give me back money. I phoned some days ago to your office but noone can help me.
