Fast food: major health hazard

Nowadays being fit and slim is very popular. It does not matter how old you are. If you eat healthy food, you are trendy. Sometimes it is hard to maintain healthy lifestyle with so many things to do. People have no free time because work and school overwhelm their lives. They tend to eat quickly and cheaply, but the price for that is health.
Students like fast food because it is fat, tasty, and not very expensive. But it is important to know that fast foods like hamburgers, pizzas or chips cause a lot of diseases. These include arteriosclerosis, obesity (leading to heart attack), varicose and above all cancer!
We want to be healthy but we still eat fast foods. One hamburger (pizza, or chips) has more fat than our bodies need for one day. This means that we eat too much fat and carbohydrates and not enough proteins. In a healthy lifestyle, it is important to do exercises (sports), drink lots of water, eat slowly and healthily, and sleep well. Just adhere to all the above and I guarantee your health will improve.
The decision is still yours. You can pick between fast but unhealthy food or decide to change your life and be more careful about what you are eating. Your body will thank you for that and repay you with better health and a longer life.
