Białowieski Park Narodowy is a polish national park which is located in the north-east part of Poland. It was opened on the 11th August 1932. It was the second national park to be opened in Poland and one of the first in Europe. Each year there is about 140.000 tourist that are visiting the park. The park symbol is a bison which is one of the biggest mammals that are in the park. Puszcza Białowieska is the best preserved natural forest in Nizina Wschodnioeuropejska.
