Healthy lifestyle influence our psychological and physical well-being. On what we eat, how much we eat or how many exercises we do depends how we feel every day or how we are going to work in our job/school.
I believe that everybody should do some sport at least twice a week. Even a half hour walk may be a some kind of exercise. Everybody knows how badly our bodies need to move and how little we actually do move in our lives, as we mostly sit in front of computer screens or television sets.
For one thing, it is not very time consuming, so even the busiest professionals would have time to do it. And for another, sport takes your mind off thinking, so that your brain can rest for a bit.
Some people say that ‘we are what we eat’. And I agree with that statement. Only eating healthy food we can avoid a lot of diseases. I rather recommended buying organic food in special shops. It is important to cut on sweets and fatty foods, and ofcourse stop smoking.
Behind health and sport we need to get enough sleep on a regular basis and overdo our work. Just think positive.
