I am writing .........TO........... express my dissatisfaction with .....THE...... product I bought from your catalogue. Last month, I ordered a red silK dress from.........YOUR...... catalogue. When .....I... received the dress, it was damaged. Two of the buttons came off and it was torn. What really annoyed......ME.......... was that the person I spoke to from .......THE / YOUR....... Customer Service department, was very rude. He insisted that the dress was in perfect CONDITION when it was sent. I would greatly aprreciate it if you could look into the matter. I feel that I deserve ....AN......apology and I also demand a full refund I hope that you will deal with .....THIS..... matter quickly. I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR IMMEDIATE REPLY.
