Dear Sir or Madame
I am writing to complain about a Nokia that I recently bought from website.
When I want to call my phone not work. When it arrived I connedted it to my PC my mobile not work.It sometimes stops in the middle of a track when I listen to music. To make it start I have to turn the mobile phone off and then turn it on again.
I am anclosing the Nokia together with the receipt. I would be grateful if you could repair the fault. If this is not possible could you please send me a new mobile pnone?
