Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the mp3 that I bought on April, 2006 from one of your dealers in Londol (the shop in the Tanarium shopping centre). I chose the ZX-5542151 model, because it has the build-in speaker, that I have always wanted, and the shop assistant told me, that it was the best available model. Now, it is hard to belive, considering that I have lots of problems with my mp3: the speaker is cracking all the time, most of the buttons on the control panel are stuck, and the left headphone is not working.
