Healthy life it`s first of all healthy food. You are what you eat. Remember about vegetables and fruit. Eat lees sugar and more things contain vitamins. Exercise a lot, at least 10 minutes a day. Healthy life it is also healthy mind. Protect your body and brain. Exercise your brain by some memory games and for example reminding what did you eat a day before. Don`t stress a lot, it influences your health as well. Think in the optimistic way and try to find good things in you day/life.
