Why .... he....(still/sleep) today? Why is he still sleeping today? Przetłumaczenie: Dlaczego on jeszcze śpi dzisiaj/ teraz?   is, bo do 3 os. l.poj czas. "be" jest właśnie is still- oznacza jeszcze i nie odmienia się tego sleeping- w czasie Present Continuous, bo on z połączeniem ze słowem still oznacza, że coś ma jeszcze miejsce, czyli jakaś czynność trwa dalej.
