Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to complain about the CD player I bought in your shop. I feel disappointed because T thought your shop sold products of good quality. I asked the shop assistant for help but she told me she did not have time for me. when I asked other shop assistant for help he was very rude for me and I bought the CD player and I went to home. To my surprise, it did work. When I put a CD and choke play, a CD player turns off. Moreover, there was no guarantee in the box. I phoned the shop but there was no answer.
