Beef broth Ingridients: beef, 1 kg. green parsley, 30 dkg. corns of allspice, 1 pinch pepper, 1 pinch bay leaf, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch Art of preparing Wash meat, put in to cold water ( 8 glass ), boil under cover on intensive fire and skim. ( do not throw away foam, because it contains high-specific protein, it should be used for another dish, sauce etc. ). Then reduce fire and boil for 1 hour. Wash greens, clean and rinse it, put in to broth with halved and browned onion. Add roots and still boil for 1 hour. When meat is tender, take it out from stock.Serve broth in plates, strewed with minced green, with noodle or French dumplings, or with groats cut in cube. Broth in a cup served with pasties.
