Publican is a person who works in pubs, restaurants or other similar places. Publican takes orders from patron. He usually makes drinks, cocktails or serve beer. Publianc should be very communicative, because he have to talk with patrons. He should know something about every area of life. He have to evade argues. He should be very sensitive and patient. He have to look after the local.
