Mieszkanie położone jest w Krakowie, przy ul. Wielickiej (dzielnica Podgórze), ok. 5 minut pieszo od Dworca PKP Kraków Płaszów. Mieszkanie znajduje się na 4.piętrze (w bloku 9-piętrowym). Blok zbudowany jest w nowoczesnej technologii w 2000r. Posiada 8 klatek, w każdej nowoczesna, oświetlona, winda dwustronna (drzwi rozsuwają się po obu stronach, dzięki czemu łatwo wnieść większe meble czy zakupy). Mieszkanie ma 48,5m2 powierzchni całkowitej, składa się z przedpokoju, 2-pokoi, kuchni oraz łazienki z WC. Duży pokój posiada ładny, słoneczny, balkon z widokiem na Rezerwat Przyrody Płaszów ("zielone górki"). Mieszkanie jest komfortowe, ciche, jasne i bardzo zadbane, a urządzane było na nasz własny użytek i mieliśmy w nim mieszkać na stałe, lecz niestety los sprawił, że musieliśmy się wyprowadzić z magicznego Krakowa do innego miasta. W całym mieszkaniu na podłogach są panele podłogowe, w łazience flizy. Ściany w mieszkaniu są pomalowane w jasnych, pastelowych i miłych dla oka barwach. I have a flat on the third floor of a block facing the street, there are also 2 rooms with bathroom and kitchen.in my room is a big bed and big window and a balcony,on the wall hangs a picture of grandma.kitchen and bathroom are small but nice.on the bathroom floor is blue rug,there is a shower and wash basin .The kitchen is dark, there are no windows in but beautiful and big lamp standing on the ground. There is also the big fridge ,microwave and stove. my apartment is small but beautiful.
