Dear Sir or Madame   I am writting to complain about the computer I bought in your shop. I cannot switch on, so It does not work.    I bought it 10 days ago. It was a surpriece for my child. When we wanted to switch on the computer It did not work. We checked the battery but everything was correctly.    I was very disappointed because your employee had assured me that it was a high quality equipment. What is more, I had to wait for it for about a week and non of your employees contacted me to give some information concerning the order. They did not answer my emails and phone calls.   As compensation I want  a full refund or a new computer at once. I would like to know when you will be able to come to your decision. If again you will not answer my calls or emails I will contact my lawyer. Yours faithfully, XYZ
