Jakub Błaszczykowski ist Futballplayer.He plays for Borussia Dortmund. He is the captain of the Polish team.Jakub was born on December 14, 1985.He comes from Truskolasy, Poland, but lives in Dortmund, Germany.He is married and has a daughter. Błaszczykowski played for clubs such as :Raków Częstochowa ,Górnik Zabrze ,KS Częstochowa and Wisła Kraków.In the 2010/2011 season with Borussia Dortmund won the German championship.
