Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about an LCD Sony TV set which I purchased two weeks ago, on 3rd October 2012 in your on-line shop. Unfortunately the next day while I was watching a football match it suddenly stopped working. In fact I have already called your help line but to my great dissatisfaction nobody answered the phone. In this way it ruined all my plans, as I wanted to see the whole match because I am a great fan of football. I really need a good TV set to watch the next of the world cup. In this situation I am afraid I must ask you to replace the faulty TV set with a new one. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Yours faithfully XYZ
