Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to complain about the laptop that I bought on your website two weeks ago. I have already done some online shopping and this is the first time I have even gotten something faulty. On your website, the picture showed a laptop which looked completely new. But when it arrived, it had a lot of scratches and I could not turn it on. I am negatively suprised. I am returning the laptop to you with this letter. I would be grateful if you could refund my money or send me a new laptop which works fine and does not have any scratches. I really need a laptop and not having it, is really difficult!
