Riding a bike can be
both joyful and healthy.
All you need is a bike and a helmet. In many
countries 10.1 a helmet is necessary, in
others it is your own choice. I always advise
people to have one because it is much safer. It
is really 10.2 to ride a bike with a group
of friends. You can have short breaks just to talk
and have fun together. Besides, cycling helps
you to 10.3 fit. It’s easier than working
out in a gym and it won’t cost you a lot.
