Dear Margaret, My name is Monika, and I am the one who is going to spend a week as an exchange student with you at your home. I come from the south of Poland and I live with my parents and a brother Jacek in a small village 15 kilometers from Częstochowa. I am a student at John Paul II secondary school in Częstochowa.  My hobby is chatting in English or German on Skype with people of my age all over the world. I also like swimming and going to the gym as I want to be fit and look good. Would you be so nice and give me some information about your hobbies and also about  the place where I am going to stay? Is it a place somewhere in the country or is it a town? What can I do there in my free time? My plane arrives in Manchester at 6.15. I would like to know who is going to take me from the airport and how can we recognize in the crowd at the airport. I will hold a stick with a label saying my name on it so that the person can easily find me in the crowd at the arrival lounge. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards, Monika
