Zdanie w drugim trybie warunkowym wygląda tak: If + podmiot + czasownik w past simple + podmiot + would (ewentualnie przed nim zaimek pytający) + czasownik (ewentualnie przed czasownikiem może być podmiot, np. you). Stosujemy go, gdy mówimy o czymś nierealnym, niemożliwym do zrealizowania (takie gdybanie, marzenie). Np. If I won one million zlotys, I would buy a big house. Mam nadzieję, że pomogłam.
