Mr Kowalsky is my neighbour. He is twenty-eight years old. He has a really fantastic car, blue Ferrari. I think that he is very polite and sociable person. He often lends me the sugar. In my opinion, he is the best neighbour in my apartment house.

My neighbor is a friend of my family. He studied with my mother and he for me almost like an uncle. My neighbor loves animals - he allow me move out his dogs for a walk. We often go to him for dinner and eat together. When I was little, he would take me to the park where I played with the other children. He is very nice and funny man.
