Proszę! Sprawdźcie mój list formalny - reklamacja wycieczki na angielski! Proszę również o poprawę błędów :)) Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to complain about the conditions of my accommodation in Neoi Poroi in Greece in Villa Maria last summer. It was not a positive experience. On your website the apartment was big and comfortable but when we arrive was waiting for us really big surprise. Apartment was supposed to have two double beds and four chairs on the balcony and it was terrible. In first room was one double bed and second room two separate beds. Chairs that were supposed to be on the balcony gone out. We also had problems with water. One time water was and then disappear. All people who rode to this Villa also shared by my opinion. In my opinion stay at your place should be cheaper because conditions were not met. Could you please refund my money for coming on this trip? I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully XYZ
