Kristy Steward lives in London. She is thirty – one and works for BBC. She interviews people on early morning news programme called ‘The World Today’. She has a very busy daily routine. Her everyday life is carefully planned and rather monotonous.
Every weekday she gets up at about 5:00 o’clock in the morning, because programme starts at 7:30 am. When she gets up, she has a shower and brushes her teeth. Then, she goes dressed - she always puts on her black or navy blue suit. Next Kristy buys French stick at small baker’s and makes breakfast for her and her family. After that she has coffee and when she has some time, she reads a newspaper. Kristy leaves home at 6:00 o’clock. She is in TV studio at about 6:30. First, she goes to stylist. After that, she checks and revises her text. At 7:00 she starts programme. She talks about the most important matters In Great Britain and on the whole world. She arrives at work at 9:00 o’clock. When she goes home from the BBC she just relaxes. Next she usually walks her dog and cleans the house. This activity takes her a lot of time.
In the afternoon Kristy wait for her children and they have lunch together. “It’s the most pleasant moment in my day” she says. After that she has a short nag, because she’s always very tired. She usually wake up at 2:00 pm and she goes with her husband to the cinema or to the theatre. Once a week she visites her parents, but she is mit them little while, because she must be in TV studio to starts ‘The news’.
Kristy goes home again only at 6:30 pm. In the evening she doesn’t go out, but sometimes her friends come for dinner. She brings the wine and cooks the meal. When guests come, they listen to music or they just chat. Kristy usually reads a book before she goes to bed at about 9:30 pm.
“I love my work, because is exciting and i meet a lot of very interesting people, but i love my weekend, too” she often says.
